Read Steady Go!

I said I was backing-up all the crap I own in my computer, and right this second I'm still backing them up. -scowls- I am really pissed off about CDs. You can either only record on them, or record and rewrite but never erase!? I don't know if it's my computer's problem, but last time, I saw this button which reads "Erase this disc"! Damnit. I couldn't and had to waste a lot of CDs...

So I thought, hey let's throw everything into a .RAR file! I hope all the files not only gets compressed, but when I need to put other things in, I just need to dump everything in a .RAR and doesn't need to care about the irritating file formats issue.

How I wish I have a removable/portable hard-disk!!!

Anyway, I wanted to back-up my anime somewhere too, but it'll cost me a heck load of CDs so I'm not gonna back them up, just re-download all over again. So I'm doing a list of all the already-have, but haven't-watched anime so that I can redownload later on:

I don't know what to say, but I hope things will change for the better. Natsuki Takaya (高屋 奈月), of the "Fruits Basket" fame, has another series, "星は歌う"（fan-translation: Twinkle Star), started in Hana to Yume! Looks promising, might buy when Chuang Yi publishes it. Eien no Monogatari

Hi, Weave. It's Friday! My favourite day of the week. We had to write a "It's year 2100, you're gonna die in a nuclear war, whatcha gonna do?" short essay. I, being the 浪漫主义-type of person, decided to write a touching story...which turned out to be funny. LOL. Well, I said that I'll sing a song for everyone if I'm gonna die tomorrow and that if I'm sincere enough, tomorrow will come and I won't die "...but tomorrow has come and I--". OK, the "--" means "BOTHER, I'M DEAD". Everyone who read it decided to laugh. Well, from another perspective, it's really dumb I guess. -sigh- I can't be a novelist, then? It’s almost three months since Jonghyun committed suicide, but I remain easily affected by any mention of him or his works. And he is but a celebrity whom I have a one-sided acquaintance with and actively sought out news about him years ago. It’s probably really hard for people who have never liked or cared about celebrities enough to understand his effect, not just on me, but the millions of fans who have varying levels of acquaintance with and active following of his news. The last celebrity death that managed to cause such a stir was probably MJ, then again he wasn’t an idol and the emotionally invested fans are not as aplenty.
