It's kinda (OK,very) late, but here's the update on my birthday!

And I've finally, FINALLY(!!!) put up the Dong Bang poster PCJ and Pervee gave me for my birthday!

OK now's the suayness report:
  1. I put the poster up yesterday and guess what? It freaking came off during the night and I woke up at 4/5AM (probably due to the poster's flapping noise) and found a freaking tear! A TEAR! Thank DBSK that the tear was rather slight and did not even reach Changmin's leg.
  2. I found out my "Graduation" DBSK poster can't be put at my cupboard - it's way too big. Shit it. Now what?!
  3. PCJ read from Straits Times that the Golden Girls' autograph session was YESTERDAY, 10AM, at AMK Hub's NTUC! I cannot believe it - how suay can we get?! I mean, it really fell on the day right after the news mentioned (but did not give details of when) it and on the day that PCJ is not in Singapore.
Seriously. It must be my friends from...well, you can guess. Next time, be nice, hold hands with one another, make sure no one's missing, and walk peacefully back to that Hell gate! Don't prank us!

Holidays' here. Gotta start studying for Prelims 2 now! (Not literally, k!)

I don't know what to say, but I hope things will change for the better. Natsuki Takaya (高屋 奈月), of the "Fruits Basket" fame, has another series, "星は歌う"（fan-translation: Twinkle Star), started in Hana to Yume! Looks promising, might buy when Chuang Yi publishes it. Eien no Monogatari

Hi, Weave. It's Friday! My favourite day of the week. We had to write a "It's year 2100, you're gonna die in a nuclear war, whatcha gonna do?" short essay. I, being the 浪漫主义-type of person, decided to write a touching story...which turned out to be funny. LOL. Well, I said that I'll sing a song for everyone if I'm gonna die tomorrow and that if I'm sincere enough, tomorrow will come and I won't die "...but tomorrow has come and I--". OK, the "--" means "BOTHER, I'M DEAD". Everyone who read it decided to laugh. Well, from another perspective, it's really dumb I guess. -sigh- I can't be a novelist, then? It’s almost three months since Jonghyun committed suicide, but I remain easily affected by any mention of him or his works. And he is but a celebrity whom I have a one-sided acquaintance with and actively sought out news about him years ago. It’s probably really hard for people who have never liked or cared about celebrities enough to understand his effect, not just on me, but the millions of fans who have varying levels of acquaintance with and active following of his news. The last celebrity death that managed to cause such a stir was probably MJ, then again he wasn’t an idol and the emotionally invested fans are not as aplenty. Fans - no, actually people in general - give condolences like “he’s in a better place now”, but the more I think about it, isn’t the only “better place” absolutely loss of consciousness for people who commit suicide?
