Haven't blogged for a while. Let's reminisce about yesterday first.
First day of Intensive Chinese(IC). It's boring - nothing more to say. Then in the afternoon, went to a Home for the aged. Our class planned to play quite a few games (e.g. bingo, pass the parcel, chess, etc.) but the in-charge said they had already played the games earlier. Sad.
So we had to spend the whole hour there on performance. We only planned to sing one song, so we had to do impromptu singing, with the help of the songs in our handphones as well as those on the karaoke system.
It's kinda fun, except the part where two old ladies started a "fight" with one splashing water on the other. Seeing this I realise why old folks hate to go to homes. The fight reminds me of a 感化院, where the people in there form cliques and make each other's life hell in it. That sucks. I must never land my parents or myself in such a place.
On to happier things. Today.
EWTKBNKEU-trio was supposed to have breakfast at Mac's before going to school today, but didn't. Today would've be the day I die if not for chapel (10%) and playing cards(90%). Day 2 of IC became Bridge Intensive for PCJ, Mojo and Zong Qin. That's before recess. After recess, it became Gambling Intensive(GI) because Lao Po and a few guys joined us to play Bridge, Poker and Dai Di, which is actually quite easy to play, but winning, for me, is another thing. The shitvil had to ruin our GI by

- confiscating cards from another group of guys;
- confiscating handphone/mp3 payer/something from a group of girls;
- annoying us with her presence...
- ...which causes us to be on our guard and always have to be ready to hide our playing cards
- confiscating our EZ Link cards (because we didn't finish our compo)
